The Lollipop 21 is a TBV exclusive. It fills the gap between our 19 inch lollipop balloon and our 24 inch lollipop balloon. It is big but not overwhelming. Like the others in our lollipop line, this one also boasts a wonderfully long neck. If you like long necks, this is a must have.

Special Inflation Instructions
To inflate the long neck that these balloons have, you can follow these simple instructions.
Hold the body of the balloon in such a way as to prevent it from inflating.
Inflate the neck fully. Then release the air.
Repeat step one again for a second time
On the third time, hold the body until the neck fully inflates, then let the body go and inflate as normal
If the neck shrinks back as the body inflates, keep inflating until the body gets big. Then you can stop inflating and push down on the body of the balloon to push air back into the neck. Then, top off with a little more air if desired.

These balloons are great. They have really long necks. If stretched well when not inflated then you can get the necks to 17 or 18 inches like I did on the first inflation. A very well loved balloon.
